How it works

Signing in three simple steps.

No accounts to create, no software to install. If you can open an email, you can sign with SignREI.

01

Receive a secure link

You get an email from SignREI Documents on behalf of your brokerage, with a unique, expiring link to your documents.

02

Review and sign anywhere

Read the full document in a clear viewer. Guided fields walk you through exactly what needs a signature, initial, or date.

03

Receive the completed package

Once all required parties finish, SignREI prepares the completed package with a certificate of completion and integrity evidence.

Security & compliance

Built for careful document workflows.

Real-estate paperwork deserves a clear record. SignREI preserves important signing evidence without claiming notarization, identity proofing, or deciding whether a record is enforceable.

Unique email links

Signing access uses unique recipient links. The method records access to that email channel; it is not government-ID verification.

Recorded activity

SignREI records consent, signature adoption, delivery history, and important signing events for the internal evidence record.

Private document storage

Documents are stored in private storage and served through controlled application routes and short-lived access links.

Integrity hashes

Completed records retain SHA-256 document-integrity hashes and a hash-chained activity history.

Built for both sides

One platform, two clear paths.

Verify a record

Check a completed SignREI record.

A completed package carries a verification code. Enter it to check whether SignREI has a matching completed-record entry. The public response does not reveal the agreement or participant details.

Verification is free and available to anyone.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

SignREI records the signing method, consent, signature adoption, timestamps, delivery history, and document-integrity hashes. Whether a record is enforceable depends on the document, facts, and applicable law.

A SignREI message may be sent on behalf of one of our affiliated real-estate companies, but the sender will always be SignREI Documents <sign@signrei.com>. We never ask for passwords or payment by email. If anything looks off, don't click - verify the document's code on our Verify page or contact your agent directly.

SignREI uses encrypted web connections, private document storage, unique recipient links, and access-controlled administrator records. Completed records retain SHA-256 integrity hashes and important signing events.

No. Signers don't need an account or any software. Open the secure link from any phone, tablet, or computer, review the document, and sign. Brokerage staff use a dedicated dashboard to send and manage documents.

Once all required parties finish, SignREI prepares the completed package and certificate of completion. Participants receive secure access to the completed record when it is available.

Received a SignREI request?

Legitimate signing messages come from SignREI Documents <sign@signrei.com>. If a request is unexpected, verify the record or contact support before using any link.

Do not forward signing links. They are intended for the addressed recipient.
