Current disclosure version: SIGNREI-ERS-2026-06-22

Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure and Consent Operator: D3 REI, LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as SignREI ("SignREI," "we," "us," or "our") Platform: signrei.com (the "Platform") Effective date: June 22, 2026 Please read this Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure and Consent (this "Disclosure") carefully and keep a copy for your records. It explains your rights when you choose to sign documents and receive records electronically through the Platform. This Disclosure is provided to satisfy the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), 15 U.S.C. Section 7001, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) as adopted in your state, and, for New York, the Electronic Signatures and Records Act (ESRA). The party that sent you a document through the Platform (the "Sender") is responsible for that document and for the transaction it concerns. SignREI provides only the technology that allows you to sign and receive records electronically. 1. Your consent to use electronic records and signatures By selecting "I agree," clicking to accept, or proceeding to sign through the Platform, you consent to: (a) use electronic records and electronic signatures in connection with your transaction; (b) receive electronically all documents, disclosures, and notices related to that transaction (collectively, "Records"); and (c) the association of your electronic signature with the document you sign. Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. 2. Scope of your consent Unless stated otherwise at the time, your consent applies to the specific transaction and document for which it is requested. It does not obligate you to use electronic records or signatures for any other transaction. 3. Your right to receive a paper copy You have the right to receive any Record in non-electronic (paper) form. Paper copies are provided solely by the Sender. To request a paper copy of a Record you signed or received through the Platform, contact the Sender that sent it to you; the Sender will tell you the procedure and whether it charges any fee for the copy. SignREI does not provide paper copies and is not responsible for fulfilling paper-copy requests. Because SignREI is not obligated to retain Records, we recommend that you save and, if you wish, print your completed document at the time of signing, when it is delivered to you electronically at no charge. 4. Your right to withdraw consent You may withdraw your consent to use electronic records and signatures at any time before you complete signing by closing the signing session and not completing it, and by notifying the Sender. If you withdraw consent, you may be unable to complete the transaction electronically, and the Sender will determine how to proceed, which may include providing paper documents. There is no fee to withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legal validity of any document you already signed electronically. 5. Keeping your information current To receive Records electronically, you must keep the email address used for signing current and able to receive our messages. If your email address changes, notify the Sender so that Records can continue to reach you. SignREI delivers signing links and Records to the email address provided by the Sender, and is not responsible for Records that cannot be delivered because of an inaccurate or inaccessible email address. 6. How we deliver Records and verify your signature The Platform identifies you by sending a unique signing link to your email address. By accessing the document through that link and completing the signing steps, you confirm that you are the intended recipient and that you intend to sign. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. SignREI does not perform photo identification, government identity verification, or knowledge-based authentication. 7. Hardware and software you need To access, sign, and retain Records electronically, you need: a current version of a standard web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled; a valid email account and the ability to receive and open email; a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access; software capable of viewing and saving PDF documents; and a means to print or electronically store Records you wish to retain (such as a printer or local storage). If our hardware or software requirements change in a way that creates a material risk that you will not be able to access or retain your Records, we or the Sender will notify you and give you the opportunity to withdraw consent without fee. 8. Confirming your ability to access electronic Records By proceeding, you confirm that you can access and read this Disclosure in electronic form, that you can access information in the format in which Records will be provided, and that you are able to retain a copy for your records, by printing or saving it. Please confirm this now by saving or printing this Disclosure before you continue. 9. No legal advice; no guarantee of enforceability SignREI does not provide legal advice and is not a party to your document or transaction. SignREI does not guarantee that any signature or document will be valid or enforceable; that depends on your conduct, the Sender's conduct, the nature of the transaction, and applicable law. If you have questions about the legal effect of signing, consult your own attorney. 10. Contact D3 REI, LLC dba SignREI 921 Pleasant Valley Ave, Suite 425 Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 sign@signrei.com By selecting "I agree" (or equivalent) and proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclosure, that you meet the hardware and software requirements above, that you are able to access and retain electronic Records, and that you consent to use electronic records and signatures for your transaction.
